Salary Range: $185,371.68 - $205,930.40
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Acts as liaison for the Authority, interpreting policies both to the staff and the public; does related work as required.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
This is work of both a public and human relations nature involving responsibility for the preparation of a variety of matters for consideration by the Authority. The work also involves the interpretation of Authority policies to the staff and the consuming and non-consuming public. The work is performed in accordance with specific or general instructions provided by the Authority Chairman or its members with leeway permitted for the exercise of independent judgment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGES, SKILL AND ABILITIES:
Thorough knowledge of the mechanical aspects of board proceedings, meetings and record keeping; demonstrated ability in the fields of public and human relations; ability to get along well with subordinate and superior associates and the general public; good appearance; resourcefulness; initiative; good judgment; good physical condition.
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Five years of satisfactory business experience and graduation from a recognized college or university with major work in either public or business administration, or any equivalent combination of experience and training sufficient to indicate ability to do the work.
