Salary Range: $110,489.60 - $124,284.16
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: The work involves performing administrative duties of a staff nature at the Erie County Water Authority. The incumbent carries through to completion specific work projects. The incumbent assists the Secretary to the Authority in the management of seasonal and part-time personnel. The incumbent will assist the Director of Administration with prescribed contract compliance functions, the overseeing of the work order system and the facilities manager plan, and in the supervising of the storing and processing of supplies. The incumbent is granted considerable leeway for exercise of independent judgment within the scope of assigned responsibilities. Work is performed under the general supervision of a higher-ranking administrative employee. Supervision is exercised over stores clerk, part-time and seasonal personnel. Does related work as required.

ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
A. Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four (4) year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in Public Administration, Facility Management, Training Administration, Safety Administration or related field, at least one (1) year of which must have been in an administrative or supervisory capacity;
OR:
B. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and six (6) years of experience in Public Administration, Facility Management, Training Administration, Safety Administration or related field, at least one (1) year of which must have been in an administrative or supervisory capacity;
OR:
C. An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B).
NOTE: Verifiable part-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro-rated toward meting full-time experience requirements.
