Bid/RFP Opportunities

The ECWA maintains an Open Vendor Policy, welcoming any and all potential bidders. It is our intent to implement and strictly enforce purchasing and disposal guidelines so as to:

openly promote fair competition
acquire goods and services that provide the best product from a responsible vendor at the most reasonable price
guard against favoritism, improvidence, extravagance, fraud and corruption

Beginning March 1, 2022, members of the public, including bidders and their representatives may be physically present at the place where the bids will be opened.

If you plan to attend a bid opening, please arrive at least 15 minutes before each bid opening and bring a valid driver’s license to be cleared through security and issued a security badge. A security badge is required to attend all bid openings.

Formal bids are advertised in various local publications. All bids are distributed out of the ECWA Service Center, 3030 Union Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14227-1097. Informal quotations are mailed to registered vendors. If you wish to become a registered vendor, please complete our New Vendor Application.
