Business Opportunities

Formal bids are advertised in the Dodge Report and/or other local publications. All bids are distributed out of the Cashier's Office at the Ellicott Square location. Informal quotations are mailed to registered vendors. If you wish to become a registered vendor please complete the new vendor application.

It is ECWA's intent to implement and strictly enforce purchasing and disposal guidelines to openly promote fair competition, to acquire goods and services that provide the best product from a responsible vendor at the most reasonable price, and to guard against favoritism, improvidence, extravagance, fraud and corruption.

ECWA maintains an Open Vendor Policy and welcomes any and all potential bidders.
