Bill Payment

Water bills may be paid in one of the following methods:

• On Line - Sign up for ECWA Online to pay your bill online or set up automatic payments with a credit card or checking account. (A convenience fee will be charged by JPMorgan Chase.)
  
  
• By Mail - use enclosed payment envelope included with your bill.
  
  
• Mail to - Erie County Water Authority, PO Box 5148, Buffalo, NY, 14240-5148
  
  
• In person - At one of the convenient locations listed below:

  • An authorized payment agency: Western Union Locations, including Tops, and other supermarkets or local stores with WU service.
